Medical Admissions Program: CARP, Inc. operates a medical admissions program for adolescents and adults on the West Palm Beach comprehensive service campus. Services provided to adults and adolescents include social detoxification, medical detoxification and medical case management.

Medical detoxification services are provided by a physician, psychiatrist, skilled nursing and nursing support staff, and case managers trained in chemical dependency treatment. The unit is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Average length of stay is 3-5 days.
