Locations
Residential services are available on the West Palm Beach comprehensive services campus and include a Crisis Stabilization and Medical Detoxification Program; the Homeless Assessment Center; Intensive and Intermediate Residential Treatment Programs; and the Adolescent Residential Treatment Program. Also located on the campus is the West Palm Beach Outpatient Treatment Program.
Off campus, the CARP, Inc. Continuum of Care includes Outpatient Treatment Programs in Lake Worth, Belle Glade and Stuart. Services provided at all of the Outpatient Treatment Programs include screening and assessment, individual, group and family counseling, co-dependency counseling and aftercare services. Parent and Family Support Group meetings are held at outpatient programs in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth.
