The Board of Directors of CARP (Comprehensive Alcoholism Rehabilitation Programs), Inc. and the CARP Spring Luncheon Committee (see below) are delighted to announce that the organization has resumed its annual spring luncheon, to honor the legacy of CARP’s past and thank those who are funding CARP’s new campus.

The luncheon is scheduled for Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, with a reception beginning at 11:30 AM. The honorary chairperson is Connie M. Frankino, and the Chairperson is Margaret M. Luce. The guest speaker, Laurie Dhue, is a veteran news anchor who will bring a message of recovery. Tickets are available on CARP’s website, carpinc.org/events, or by calling CARP’s main office at 561.844.6400.
The luncheon will provide an opportunity for the CARP Board of Directors and the Spring Luncheon Committee to show appreciation for the enduring support of its community, while sharing CARP’s future plans. CARP’s vision includes unique, gender-specific 12 Step Homes for men and women that support supervised, abstinence-based recovery and offer hope to Palm Beach County’s most vulnerable. CARP residences will employ an abstinence-based 12-step recovery model proven to be effective against addiction.  Contributions will support the development and operation of CARP men’s and women’s residences.

“CARP is returning to its beginning, serving the alcoholic and drug addicted underserved, with the initial projects of the men and women’s 12-step homes.  We ask all who have supported CARP in the past, and all who wish to do so in the future, to join us!” says Kelly V. Landers, President of the Board of Directors.
